    Hello,

Since the 10.9.3 update, I'm having problems reading my media.

It's happening on several levels. Firstly, the web interface crashes regularly, a simple F5 doesn't work to display it, I have to do CTRL + F5 (tested on several browsers, with and without extensions).

During playback, whether for x264 or h265 files, the loading time is very long before the video starts.

I observe random crashes during playback. It doesn't matter whether the video is transcoded or not. Even on devices that decode the video locally, loading times and crashes are the same.

    Spec :
    • Debian 12
    • Kernel 6.7.12
    • CPU x 6
    • RAM 12GO
    • GPU Intel Arc A380
    • Installed from apt

Another strange thing is that I had deleted the NextPVR plugin a long time ago and it's back. When I try to deactivate or delete it, it comes back and I can see in the admin interface :

    NextPVR has been updated
    NextPVR has been installed
    NextPVR has been uninstalled
    NextPVR has been installed

I'm not sure how to debug all this, but I'd love to hear any ideas or solutions.

    Thanks !

Can you share your Jellyfin log via pastebin?

Also, stop Jellyfin make sure that there isn't some lingering NextPVR files in the plugin folder.

    /var/lib/jellyfin/plugins

Both that there isn't a NextPVR folder in there and in the configuration folder an XML for NextPVR.

I've deleted NextPVR_* from /var/lib/jellyfin/plugin and it looks fine.

As for the playback issue, updating to v10.9.4 seems to fix it. I checked the logs when I had the problems and didn't see any errors. The only one was for NextPVR.
If I see any problems, I'll come back to this thread and post the logs.
