    Hello everybody.

Im starting with Jelly and wondering if the server resources are correctly used.

    Client is Jellyfin android app

I tested a novie with video 1080p codec x265 and DTS audio and the server processor is at 90%
Then tried 1080p x264 and DTS and Im getting 30-40%
Then tried 1080p x264 AAC and still gettimg the same 3 30-40% cpu usage.

Client is running on a Galaxy S10e. x264 and AAC are supported.

Is the server transcoding or that is a normal CPU usage per stream?

    Thank you

Check in the admin dashboard to see what's going on, or even better post the "transcode" logs.   My guess is that the first video is having its video&audio transcoded and the other 2 are simply having their audio transcoded, but it's purely speculation without the logs.
