In /etc/jellyfin delete both the system.xml and migrations.xml and try starting the service.

I have the same error code, log messages, I purged and reinstalled it in the same way that was said, but i don't have the /etc/jellyfin directory.

You installed Jellyfin directly in your OS and it doesn't have /etc/jellyfin?  Or is it installed some other way?  Like Docker.

I fixed it. I created the /etc/jellyfin directory and then reinstalled it. I installed it normally (not with docker).
