failed to update API repositories when installing Linux Mint

Here's the terminal output, I've done an apt upgrade and it did nothing to fix this issue. Please help I literally have no idea how to fix this and I've never seen this in the 3 years that I daily drove Linux

On amd64
My kernel version is 5.15.0-41-generic

8gb ddr3 ram
