I searched in vain in the Admin Dashboard for a way to uninstall a plugin (TMDB).
A google search suggested that on Windows, due to the locks that Jellyfin puts on loaded DLLs (like TMDB.dll), it isn't possible to uninstall plugins while JF is running.
IOW, you have to manually delete the library. OK, I did... and now the JF server won't start. The log message is:
I then did a content search to see if any other text-editable files in the ProgramData/Jellyfin folder mentioned that DLL; nope.
So, how should I have uninstalled the @#$! plugin?
