file not found

hi guys, i just upgrade truenas scale to 24.10 [use docker]。
then i had to reinstall jellyfin，and i use zhe config data director which i have been used for a long time。
but when scan metadata，there is an exception saied could not find file。And when i try to paly video，the exception also saied file not found

Is the storage locally attached or on a NAS? Does the container have permission to access the folders and files?
