Hello, no i dont get any music played if i hit the play button, it says "playback error" unable to find a valid media source to play.
And in this folder is no music, it contains folders with artist names and under those folders would be than music.
So it misses at least one or even more levels of folder depth to dril into.
But it knows the music is there, since i seem to find it all in the "normal" music list but the sorting is by music title and not by artist, so its impossible to find anything

I was able to reproduce your results, but unfortunately, it's a known bug, so there's not much we can do. The thread hasn't had any updates in a while. You might consider commenting or upvoting it.

OK So I have just installed Jellyfin to play music with and discovered that it doesn't do folders except with some strange folder view option which shows some folders as files you can't play and an attempted workaround using a "home videos and photos" library type which doesn't work either. Not particularly impressed so far, but have added my votes to the issues and feature requests in the hope that this basic functionality will one day work.
