I have an integrated Intel gpu as well as a Nvidia GeForce MX350 (which i wanna use for transcoding)
However it throws me an error on different devices like my TV and Android throwing "Playback Error - playback failed due to playback error" when i use my GPU
I am a bit new to this and is this if my GPU Nvidia one isnt compatible for coding? can i rather use my Intel one? cause my i5 is taking up a hit when i use software coding
You can find screenshots below. I am not an expert in this so if you could speak it plain terms that would be helpful
My settings and other related stuff are attached. Thank you very much.

What processor do you have because that GPU doesn't have NVENC support so it won't work for transcoding.

Use IntelQuickSync for Hardware acceleration. Encoding and decoding capabilities can be found here: https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/cpu-intel_core_i5_10210u

For decoding: unselect AV1, HEVC RExt 8/10/12. Everything else should be selected.
For encoding: select - Allow encoding in HEVC format and Enable VPP Tone mapping.

I have no idea what you mean. That Nivida GPU is useless for Jellyfin if that answers your question.
