getting this dialogue box after everytime i logged in windows

i installed jellyfin on my pc , videos playing fine server itself but when i try to play it on clients like my tv or phone , the server is showing in "connect to server" but when i click on server shown it says "tried 2 candidates for input without success: unable to reach server"

then i unistalled jellyfin and now for some reason i still getting this wierd dialogue box after everyting i log into my account in windows

I don't see any errors in your logs related that that popup. When you are on your local network you need to enter your local on the clients. Also, you don't need to censor your local IP, only your public ip.

The initial problem was likely Windows Firewall. You'd need to double check that A) a rule was added to allow Jellyfin through and B) your NIC was set to private.
