The NUC on its way is advertised having Intel UHD graphics - glancing at https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/admini...nux-setups I get the feeling I'd be better going with Ubuntu Server 23.10 rather than 22.04, is that right? Anything I need to do to make sure Jellyfin sees and uses the display processor?

If you're talking about iGPU support in the Linux kernel, you CAN go with 22.04.3 server or desktop. 22.04.3 Desktop, by default, uses kernel 6.2 and during the initial setup of a server install you are given the option to use either 5.15 or 6.2 (HWE). Kernel 6.2 is the minimum for Intel's latest iGPUs and Arc dGPUs.

But you could use 23.10, but I don't feel like upgrading every ~9 months when a non-LTS's support ends.

Massively helpful, did not know server install offers that option.

Decided a long time ago not to mess with interim releases, really the biggest mitigating factor was the next one being a LTS.
