    Hi !

I have a mysterious behaviour in the user setup...
in My setup i have e.g. an admin user and a user for the TV.
If i go now to usersettings to set the screen mode and set mode for TV User to TV also these setting for admin changes to TV... and vice versa..
    is this normal ?
it works also if i login as TV User and change it to TV ... it will also change under admin (and i assume under every user)

    Ciao Gerd

That setting is a client setting, not a user setting. So you are only changing it for that browser.

There are server settings, which apply to all users on all client devices. These settings are stored on the server.

There are per-user settings, which applies to all clients for that user. These settings are also stored on the server.

There are per-client settings, which apply to that user on that specific client device. These settings are only stored on that individual client device.

The setting you are asking about is a per-client setting and does not apply to any other device.
