    Hello,

    Sever/Web/Build version: 10.10.7
Installed on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 64bit, AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics, 16GB RAM

Playing on ROKU STREAMING STICK 4K in a LG TV 55NANO75SPA

    My TV specs:
    HLG-RF/HDMI/CP/USB || NO/YES/YES/YES (4K/2K)
    FILMMAKER MODE™: Yes
    Upscaling: 4K Upscaling
    HEVC: 4K in 60p, 10bit
    VP9 (decode): 4K in 60p, 10bit
    AV1 (decode): 4K in 60p, 10bit
Audio codec: AC4, AC3(Dolby Digital), EAC3, HENoAAC, AAC, MP2, MP3, PCM, WMA, aptNoX
    Audio Channel: 2.0

Media information (taken from VLC when playing in my laptop)

Here are the Jellyfin logs: https://pastebin.com/fYQrpJnx

The dashboard itself says: Transcoding The media is being converted into a format that is compatible with the device that is playing the media. 10.3 Mbps TS H264 MP3. Reason for transcoding: the video and audio codec  is not supported.

I tried playing on my iOS device, and it says is remuxing. I understand that its because the file is .MKV and not compatible, so thats fine.

I have hardware acceleration enabled with AMD AMF. Server side settings are left untouched except I enabled hardware encoding and tone mapping (BT.2390).

on ROKU device, there is no bitrate limit and there isnt one server wide. I have absolutely no issues with it using a high bitrate, since Jellyfin is used only in my local network without remote connections allowed.

For all intent, both ROKU and my TV do support everything in the media. I understand if it transcodes audio, because while my TV does support I have no device capable of actually playing it.

My main issue is why it is transcoding video?
