HELP - Missing Files

Hey guys!

I was trying to change the sidebar links to include a link to my jellyseerr instance but I realised that the config.json file is missing in my instance. 
I'm running it on Ubuntu Server trough the apt package. Is this normal? If yes how do I go about adding the link?
