Help with Hardware Encoding

hello! I am trying to get GPU transcode working in Jellyfin. I have gone through all the processes on pass-throughing the graphics which i think i have working. in PVE & container where the jellyfin is hosted shows the Nvidia graphics card when i use the command nvtop.
When i choose NVENC it comes up with a Playback failed due to a fatal player error.
It is a H265 file, i can play with without hardware encoding but is laggy.
I have tried both Docker LXC Debian and a Jellyfin Ubuntu
