    Hide certain items for clients?

Hide items like Folders, Collections for clients and only show them for the admin?

Hey there! I have been trying to find how to hide certain things for clients but I can't find answer.

For example I want in my Jellyfin Media Player client to hide Collections, Folders(it's enabled to show folders), Music, Playlists.

I want to hide Collections because when I click movies it automatically goes to Collections, I want to hide Folders in clients and to see Folders only on the admin account, I want to hide Music and Playlists in Jellyfin Media Player because I use Feishin for music.

Is it possible to do that or it's not implemented? Or I need some kind of css?

You can do this, but not per client. I believe changes made in Settings > Home apply to the user across all clients.

I see. But is it possible to hide "Folders" on the main page for users but keep it there for the admin? Because I can't find any option for that

No. You'd have to log in as each user and make that change to their home view.

Sorry, I meant that even when I untick this

    Folders
Display in home screen sections such as 'Recently Added Media' and 'Continue Watching'

It's still showing Folders on the main page

    Or I'm missing something? Grinning-face

Huh.....I wonder if that is a bug. Same thing happens on my test instance.

Go ahead and submit a github issue for jellyfin-web.

I am not sure if this is a bug because it clearly states "home screen sections" which probably means only sections and not the top of the home screen itself? I guess nobody has suggested a feature like that before?
