Hello. I know that mkv is not supported in Chrome (according to Jellyfin docs), but I've tryed the same file (h265 in mkv) in Stash server and somehow Chrome (and Edge) can direct play him, without transcoding. Stash using ffmpeg 6 (if it's matter).
Maybe Jellyfin can do the same?
Edge can plays direct from Jellyfin, without transcoding h264/h265 from mkv container.
