Hisense Google TV Android client?

For newer Hisense TV that run Google TV, it seems like I can install the Android Jellyfin app?  Do I understand things right?

I'm not sure if Hisense TVs allow installation via APK or if I have to use some Google TV app store.  The TV I'm interested in getting is the 50A6H4, a very budget TV.  If anyone has a budget Hisense and can share how well it works for streaming local content without transcoding, I'd appreciate it!

Do Hisense TVs not have access to the Play Store? You can't install the Android TV app?
