I've set up a library for home videos where I've added a few videos. When browsing the library, it doesn't show any content. I've tried refreshing and restarting the server (container). I couldn't find anything specifically about this in the documentation, what's missing to make this work?

Home videos have a very loose requirement for it to work and for most of time it will just display the filesystem as is.

But for a few reasons it might not show the video:

    - The video is not in a supported format
    - The video's file name contains reserved word to be ignored

You can try with different video format and change file and refresh the library to see if it detects your video.

Does the container have permissions to access the file? Is it stored locally or on a NAS?

The container is running on an Unraid server. It has read access to the folder, just like the other folders that are used for other libraries. When I open a shell inside the container I can cd to the folder, and do ls to see all files. (ls -lrt says all three r flags are set).

Checked now, for some reason it started working and all videos are visible. I haven't touched anything since yesterday.
