How do I disable public playlists?

Good morning all - I am running a Jellyfin server that will eventually be available to up to ~150 people. I would like to disabled using public playlists. Is there any place in any configuration files that I can manipulate to disable this feature?

I too would be interested in better Playlist management, or disable the feature entirely.
In my case there are multiple users that like to create playlists with names that aren't suitable for children and my more polite users.
I don't want to delete their account entirely, it'd be better if I can just take that privilege away from them.
Unfortunately though it looks like I'll have to disable their accounts.
