How do I remove plugin-created media libraries?

These folders show up in the "My Media" section on the homepage:



However, when I go to the dashboard and attempt to remove them, they don't show up:



The plugins that provided these folders aren't even installed; I uninstalled them and their folders remained. Is there a way to remove these?

Can you go to Dashboard > DVR and see if that path is setup as a recording location? Assuming there is/are paths for recording live TV, What happens if you clear them and save?
