Prefer fMP4-HLS Media Container

I'm just wondering about when it would best to enable "Prefer fMP4-HLS Media Container" for a user. Would it help in seeking? Thanks!

This is required (for most browsers) to have proper HEVC and AV1 support. On some browser (like Firefox) it might cause compatibility issue. If you don't see problems with that enabled you just leave it as is.
