How to backup/restore user information only in Jellyfin/Windows

I'm not worried about restoring watched/playlist or other data... I am just installing Jellyfin on a new server but the address to access it and all other server details will remain the same. I don't want to have all the users try to figure out how to login again on their various devices.

If you copy over this directory to the new server it will preserve your user accounts AND the watch status AND the library metadata.
