For example, I have a path "/media/JAV", there are many MP4 files, such as AAA-123.mp4, BBB-123.mp4.
If I want Jellyfin to scrape the metadata and record it to the .nfo file, it will generate AAA-123.nfo, BBB-123.nfo in this path.
But normally this path is used in other ways, and I don't want to generate the .nfo file directly in this folder.
Is there a way to generate these .nfo files to other paths, such as "/media/JAV/nfo" or "/config/nfo"?

Negative. The NFO saver location is not configurable. Generally you should use NFOs for two reasons.

    1. You use Kodi.
    2. You use an external app, like Tiny Media Manager, for metadata management and creation of NFOs. Then disable online metadata providers in Jellyfin.

Reason number 1 necessitates that NFOs be located where the media is located.
