How to config Webhook for EMail notification?

Hi,

after I upgrade my Jellyfin Docker container to 10.9.1 the Notification (via Email) ist moved to the Webhook PlugIns. But I found no Tutorial to config this PlugIn for EMail Notification. Is there something like this?
