How to disable transcoding

Looks like that might have fixed the issue.  I'm gonna do some more testing, but as of currently I'm not seeing the transcoding happening.

Also I was thinking about what you said earlier about removing the previous install.  Logically thinking about it, maybe I didn't uninstall the jellyfin-server or jellyfin-web packages.  I don't think I would have even realized those installed if we wouldn't have gone through those steps.  I would bet I uninstalled the jellyfin package though.  Either way, it's up and running.  Also looks like there are a couple of new things in this server version.  I noticed when it was scanning library there was a percentage indicator in more places than just under the dashboard.  


I'll keep you updated on the situation, but just wanted to thank you again.  I gave you a rep bump too for the help.
