How to do fresh install of 10.10.7?

Linux Mint. Wanting to do a fresh install of 10.10.7 - tried .deb pkg (jellyfin-server_10.10.7+deb13_amd64.deb) but no luck.
How to install 10.10.7?

FYI...in the docs the link from this page is incorrect
