How to get a streaming site-like UI

Hi, i'm very new to Jellyfin and I wanted to know if there is a way through CSS to get a banner carrousel like in Disney+:


And, is there a way to display the thumbnails in the home screen, like in Disney+ or Netflix too?

No, that would require much more then just CSS changes.
