Is there a recommended way to store two copies of the same show? I have two versions of Seinfeld, the correct 4:3 release and the widescreen version.

Should they both be nested under a main 'Seinfeld' folder?
Their own folder but with a designator for each version?
Or is there a way to have multiple version of the same episode appear when selected?

You can try the "Merge Versions" plugin. Otherwise you would have to manually merge them.
