SOLVED: Unable to install Jelly-ffmpeg6 package

What the heck.  Why would it use the 23.04 suites name.  That is already EOL.  And it seems to agree since they are not enabled.

In /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources it should look like this.

So I've managed to get it installed, I changed my sources file to include noble backports and universe and multiverse and was able to install it   thanks very much for the help that has managed to get it resolved. I can finally install it
