Is there anyway to clear the metadata associated with the tv guide in jellyfin?

I have updated my script to remove some channels from the livetv guide but now I get some old channels with no program listings.    Refreshing the guide did not help in the admin console.

I have set it up to download an xmltv.xml file and the programs are no longer in the guide but the old channels are in the user interface for jellyfin.   Face-with-head-bandage

And now my dvr is not working at all. Where are configuration settings stored in jellyfin?

sudo apt-get purge jellyfin should wipe them out but it does not.

Come on people. Can we just make the configuration stuff work?

Clicking around in the dvr settings and flipping the download favorites saved eventually brought the dvr guide back. It is buggy as hell.

Welcome to 2023. Everything in technology is a giant pain in everyone's arze.
