    Hi all,
I'm experiencing a strange issue with Jellyfin that I can't seem to fix. One of my movies shows transparent black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. This only goes away if I enable English subtitles. This problem only occurs on my LG TV and only with this specific movie. The issue does not appear on other devices or when using VLC. I've tried adding different subtitles, but the problem persists.
    Here is my log: Log
I've also attached a photo      showing the problem.
I would appreciate any help with this issue!
    Thank you!

Try turning off "prefer fMP4" on the client. There is a bug in WebOS that causes issues with fMP4 (currently being worked), but I've never seen it cause this issue so I'm not sure if this would resolve the problem.

    Thank you very much!
    This fixed indeed my problem.
Hopefully this bug will be fixed in the future.

Just FYI, if your TV is HDR capable, my understanding is that you are losing HDR when disabling fMP4 (required by WebOS for HDR). Jellyfin is probably converting to the video to SDR.

As I mentioned, this is temporary and the fMP4 bug should be resolved at some point.

Something related to LG TV WebOS. With 10.9.7 all my Live TV channels stopped working. Initial image would show and that is all. I have tried few times with different settings but at the end decided that 10.8.13 is the most stable version out there.
