I have a Jellyfin system installed in a Docker container on my Synology NAS. I was trying to set up a new movie library. Instead of entering the path for this library as "/media/xxx" I entered the path as "/media". For some reason Jellyfin accepted this path as okay, but it has screwed up the placement of my files in the directories under the /media folder. I was thinking of deleting the folder for this library but I'm not sure if this will do further damage to my system by deleting the entire /media directory.
I have attached a snapshot of some of the directories on my Jellyfin system. There is a red box around the path info for the library in question.
I'm looking for advice for how to undo this situation without damaging my system.
Any advice would be appreciated.
