So I'm trying to add cartoons and many times the episodes files don't match the order that episodes aired in.
I'm trying to figure out name episodes in a series, where there are 2 episodes in a one file, but they are not consecutive.  IE,  e01 and e07 are in the file.
As I understand it S01E1-E7 is episode 1, 2, 3,4,5,6, and 7 are in the file.  I've tried, S01E1E7 (which filebot uses) and it produces the same where it thinks all the episodes   from 1 to 7 are in the file.  S01E1 S01E07 ignores S01E07.
What's odd, is I've that does work where e04 and then e02 are in the file, so I have it S01E04E02 and that one does work correctly.   If the second one is smaller, then first, ie s01E13E03 then it seems to work.  But if it's S01E03E13 it then identifies it incorrectly.

    Any help would greatly appreciated.

Your files need to match the metadata source. What series are you referring to?

It needs to match the source metadata. In this case TVDB'sDVD order matches it:
    https://www.thetvdb.com/series/phineas-a...sons/dvd/1

Install the TVDB plugin. Go to your library and set TVDB as the top priority for all categories. Go to your series, edit the metadata, and set the display order to DVD. Then replace all metadata with images for that series.

Episodes need to match the source. So the combo episodes just need to be named S01E01
