Image replace/download broken

Used to work fine. Now whenever I try to download/replace cover images the circle spins endlessly and doesn't load.

This is not working for me either. New install on unraid (linuxserver docker image). When I try to download images for https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/1213485...critters-2 ...I get the error/trace below...
