Possible to Decrease Swipe Sensitivity While Zoomed?

Hi all,

When you are zoomed into a photo either with pinch zoom or double tap, trying to move around the photo will cause the zoom to reset because it thinks you're trying to swipe to the next photo near any edges. It's especially annoying when the picture is a smaller resolution or isn't as wide. Is there a tweak for this somehow? I would like the same functionality of other native gallery apps where you can navigate to any edge of the picture and it requires a bigger swipe to actually change photos.
