Inexpensive cloud storage (for jellyfin or others)

I am using a Digitalocean Spaces bucket (s3-compatible) for storage for my jellyfin server and it works well, but spaces is somewhat expensive. does anyone know of any less expensive solutions for hosting video files in the cloud while retaining performance?

When it comes to cloud storage choose two: Performance, capacity, cheap.

Might be worth to crunch the numbers and decide if local storage is worth it.
