SOLVED: Issue with metadata after moving a show to a new library

I'm having an issue with metadata not downloading after I moved an item to a new library, but it pulled the metadata when it was in a "Shows" library

Hello, I am having a problem with just one specific title in this case not downloading metadata when I created an "Anime" library categorized as "Movies & Shows"

All of the shows and movies so far are getting correct metadata, but this one is not:
The Slime Diaries: That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime

I found the TVDB ID and TMDB IDs for this show as:
    [tmdbid-118541]
    [tvdbid-385374]

However, when I add either of these tags, the metadata does not download. I have renamed the folder as such:

The Slime Diaries That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime (2021)
The Slime Diaries That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime (2021) [tmdbid-118541]
The Slime Diaries That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime (2021) [tvdbid-385374]

However, the metadata doesn't seem to be refreshing. What else can I do to get the metadata to refresh/load for this?

Did you try using the Identify function?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380

I believe this happens when I "rescan" automatically. Here are the steps I follow:

    1 Named the folder
2 Rescanned the library for new files
    3 Metadata still not loaded
4 Named the folder with one of the ID tags
5 Rescanned the library for new files
6 Data is updating with the new paths, but the metadata still isn't loading.

    Ok so weird fix.

I had to make a Season folder inside so the folder structure looked like:

Parent Series Folder and there's only 1 season
    |- S01E01 - Title.mkv
    |- S01E-2 - Title.mkv

    To

    Parent Series Folder
    |- Season 01
        |- S01E01 - Title.mkv
        |- S01E-2 - Title.mkv
