Installing Jellyfin on Terramaster NAS giving error

I've tried looking everywhere but I cant find a fix or exact answer why its happening. When I try to manually install jellyfin I get "Error! The file is incorrect and cannot be installed". Im running version 4.2.41 on a F2-210. https://tmnascommunity.eu/download/jellyfin/ using the "Jellyfin TOS4 10.8.9.0 x86_64.tpk" download.

https://tmnascommunity.eu/download/ffmpeg/ gives the same error. Tried with both "ffmpeg_TOS4_4.4.0.0_x86_64.tpk"
and "ffmpeg_ TOS4 4.4.3.0 x86_64.tpk ."
Not sure where to go from here as it seems like it should be working.

well for one that jellyfin package is not from jellyfin

and for two, your NAS has an ARM processor and you are trying to install "x86_64" which is for intel/amd desktop CPUs so there's that

recommend reaching out to the maintainer and see if they provide a version for your CPU architecture
