Intro-Skipper Question

So, I am using I.S. from here: https://github.com/intro-skipper/intro-skipper

I have it all installed and configured, however, since I've installed it, I have zero pop-up asking me to click/tap to skip any intros of what I put on. Doesn't matter if I do movie, TV show, etc. Any idea on why the button simply won't pop up? On latest version of JF & the plugin.

Yep. They are all properly segmented. Been a week.

Which client are you using? IIRC, our Roku client does not yet support segment skipping.

Also, can you run the job for intro detection then share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net?

Using Desktop on multiple OS's as well as mobile app + web browser on mobile. "can you run the job for intro detection" How so? In my Plugins, I see Chapter Creator, EDL Creator, and MediaSegments API.

Dashboard > Schedule Tasks > Detect and Analyze Media Segments

I was having the same issue (intro-skipper installed, can inspect detected intro segments on plugin settings, "Ask to Skip" intro segments configured in user playback settings, and yet no skip-intro button).

Confusingly it was resolved after also installing the official "Chapter Segments Provider" plugin. It seems that Skip-intro plugin does not write to Media Segment metadata directly and has to rely on this other segment for that.
