No, I believe it's only supported on a few platforms. Web, webOS, Roku being a few of them. I know that it does not work with MX Player Pro, VLC, or the integrated player on Android mobile. Many external players will, however, support chapter skipping, which is what the media segments + intro skipping functionality in Jellyfin use anyway.
