Earlier in the day i installed an addon, restarted jellyfin, and since then visiting jellyfin has just given me either "select server - no servers were found using the local server discovery" or my server appears but connecting gives me "we're unable to connect to the selected server at this time please ensure it is running and try again"

to be clear im accessing it on a local network, and i get this even on the machine i host jellyfin on

and ive tried clearing my cache, using incognito, using a different browser, using jellyfin media player, using mpv shim, using my phone, and nothing works

ive managed to randomly connect twice, and everything seemed fine so i dont think anythings corrupted - but other than those 2 random times ive been unable to connect at all

Did you setup split tunneling for Tailscale?

i dont think so, the only settings i changed on tailscale is blocking ports other than 8096 for non admin users

I'm assuming if you disable tailscale on the Jellyfin server, it will become accessible, right?

Are you always using the select server URL? If you bookmarked that page it will always show that page. Remove that from the URL and try again. Also, what happens if you "add server" and insert your LAN IP?
