I’ve tried the web interface, Swiftfin, and infuse-

I can’t seem to find a way to display recently added episodes, regardless of the show they are from.

In plex for example, I can use this to see the episodes that were recently added when a new episode airs.

It seems like there has got to be a way to do this, I just can’t figure it out.

The “Next Up” list isn’t really the same thing Slightly-frowning-face

You don't have something like this further down the home screen?

    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

I do, but even after re-indexing, that shows the most Recently Added show. (not most recent episode.)

Let’s say I have the daily show already added, and it adds a new episode because it aired today. The daily show doesn’t show up in that list, only the most recent show that I added to the server at all does.

I apologize I’m clearly missing something. But I’ve just re-tested, and it absolutely does not show up there at least on my install Slightly-frowning-face

Ah. This is live TV. AFAIK, recordings don't show up on the home screen.

If I use Sonarr to pull in the most recent legally acquired video of a series, that episode does not show up in a list anywhere.

Unless I am mistaken the interface that you showed displays the recent show I have added, but not the most recent episode I have downloaded.

For the library what are you using for what determines what is considered the latest? The date it was added to the library or the release date for the show?

I had the same issue and found the answer today. When browsing the show, try to find the "Seasons" icon/poster. Click on that, and under there, it should list all the episodes with episode metadata and watched status for each.
