I'm new to having a NAS and new to Jellyfin, so I apologize if this doesn't make sense or if this is an easy solve.

    Quick info:

Jellyfin server on Windows desktop (hardwired)
Media is on a Synology NAS (hardwired)
    Roku devices (wireless)

I have a 4k Roku device that is currently not wanting to play Lord of the Rings 4k Extended Edition. Other media that isn't 4K seems to work just fine (Rush, The Prestige, Bridge of Spies, Taken...all worked). I pulled them via MakeMKV and then used toolnix to put both part 1 and 2 of each movie together instead of having part 1 and 2. Whenever I click, it briefly looks like it will load before stopping playback. I have attached a screenshot of the "Activity" section shows. Unfortunately it isn't much help. I have also attached the Media Info to hopefully shed some light on this. I've tried disabling/enabling transcoding but it doesn't make a difference. Playing the media on the desktop OR my phone will both successfully play so that is why I'm certain it is something wonky with the Roku. Model: Roku Ultra, 4802X. Any ideas?

Oh it sounds like it might be a similar issue to this one a couple of us have run into - same movie and everything!

It seems to be similar to this where Roku doesn't like the long length of the file. As 2 individual parts it works.
