People's birthdates are off by one day -- curious why issue was closed as not planned

I know there's a million other more important thins in Jellyfin development but the OCD in me wonders why the following github issue was closed as "not planned."

Just noticed it today and saw someone had created an issue for it. I'm not a programmer, nor do I play one on TV, so I don't know if a one day offset is a trivial thing to fix or a rabbit hole of other issues.

It was closes as not planned by the bot due to there being no activity for a long time.
The one person that tried to replicate it failed to do so.

If someone gets an interest in fixing it, they can reopen it or even just create their own PR and fix it.

It is a pretty consistent issue. I had a video of a press conference that I was in and added myself to the database. When I showed my wife, she said my birthday was one day early.

So I looked at the movie Almost Famous. Of the top 6 people, only Jason Lee's jellyfin birthday matched IMDb.

It's odd how the Jellyfin database is occasionally right. When I have time, I'll do a new Github issue.
