SOLVED: Playback error with hardware transcoding in docker

Whenever I enable Intel QSV and watch a movie in h.265 I get this error
Playback Error
Playback failed due to a fatal player error.
If I disable hardware transcoding it works fine. Jellyfin is in a docker instance in TrueNAS Scale.
This is the error message I get in the ffmpeg transcode:

[AVHWDeviceContext @ 0x560120d14fc0] No VA display found for any default device.
Device creation failed: -22.
Failed to set value 'vaapi=va:,kernel_driver=i915,driver=iHD' for option 'init_hw_device': Invalid argument
Error parsing global options: Invalid argument

Using an i5-12500. Works fine with h.264

Found the issue. It seems I had to set Allocate to 1 under intel in TrueNAS Scale under Apps>Jellyfin>Application info>Edit
