Disappearing Images for TV Shows

Hello, I have an issue where randomly jellyfin will say that it can’t find images for TV Shows in my library. I’ve reboot the docker container & the server itself and it persists afterwards. I attempted to replace the files for one show and then a couple hours later it was gone again. Would anyone be able to point me to what I am missing or where I am going wrong? I have only seen the issue on the website as I only access Jellyfin via Infuse. Logs attached

OS: Unraid Version 7

I noticed that line as well but the disk has almost 2tb of space available. I’ll attempt to move them to a different array and see if it’s a drive failing.
