    Hello,

I currently have a Jellyfin server running on my Synology NAS, installed via the Package Center with FFmpeg 7 (not through Docker or Container Manager).
So far, it works well — however, once or twice a day, the server crashes. It still appears as running in the Package Center, but it becomes unreachable, whether I try accessing it via the local IP or through the reverse proxy.

To fix this, I have to manually stop and restart the Jellyfin service.

    My questions are:
    1. How can I identify the cause of these crashes and prevent them?
    2. If that's not possible, how can I safely migrate my entire Jellyfin setup (media, users, libraries, settings, etc.) to a Docker or Container Manager instance?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,
