Ok, much farther this time after deleting those uninstalling the software, removing those 2 directories, and reinstalling, the service continues running, now I just get "We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again." when connecting to localhost:8096 on that server, and choosing the local machine.
