Should I not put my link/domain in Jellyfin? Only in NGNIX? Works without any problems at the moment.

All files are in the same folder and have read, write, execute rights for everyone (chmod -R 777).
Plex detects everything in there whats really strange.

    Only Nginx needs your domain.

Can you provide an example folder and file name for one of the movies Jellyfin doesn't detect?

What dreadpirate said. Also, noticed any pattern of certain movies not being detected? Make sure you have all dockers uptodate especially the arr apps. One other thing, did you try reinstalling jellyfin yet?

I was able to solve part of the problem.
I did not integrate the directories individually via Docker but only the folder above them. About 50 more are now found.
Could there be something like a system wide filter on that library? On all devices I can not see a movie but over the search I get it. I dont see active filters.

In a new Jellyfin Docker are 100 more (all) recognized.

It is probably time to restart with Jellyfin. What is the easiest way to transfer my playback history? The rest is quickly configured.

I could have thought of testing a new docker earlier Grinning-face
Thank you so much for your help!

    Forget what I said.
Found the faulty option: Group movies into collections
    Now I see everything Smiling-face

that should still not be a problem. You have a tab for movies and a tab for collections. I like using both, normally i use collections for franchises, so if you go on the Movies tab they should all be there.

823 in the movie tab when Group movies into collections is enabled.
945 when disabled. Strange behavior Grinning-face
The Collection tab is always available.

You are absolutely right. They are grouped up also in the Movie tab. I have it on for convenience and streamlined experience. There are usually tiny numbers on top to indicate how many movies are in a collection (unwatched).
