Music will not be play with age restriction

Hi all!

I setup for my kids different accounts. For each account I set an age restriction.

For the youngest it is 12 and for the oldest it is 16.

This work very well for movies!

For music I set all songs to age 0.

My issue now is, that for both no music will be played. In my acount it works.

Does anyone has an idea what I did wrong?

Could you clarify how you set all the songs to age 0?

sure, I used the meta data section. Choosed the album and set the age restriciton to 0.

I'm looking for the "0" option, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks for the clarification. When you say that for both no music will be played, does that mean users can still see the media in their library but it fails to play when they try? Or does the media not appear in their music library at all?

They see the music but can't play it.

Could you try playing the media from their account and share the server logs from your attempt?

I was able to do this which the setting in the screnn shot.
